Deposits made through UnionPay are processed in 15 minutes. Withdrawals in yuan are processed during 3 working days. Withdrawal commission charged by UnionPay starts from 2% of the amount, but not less than 6 yuan.

To request a withdrawal you need to go to your Private Office and create a request, where fields are filled in Chinese (except card holder name).
