Company News

On November 21st, the Financial Commission announced its decision to raise the status of Grand Capital in the organization’s rating of brokers to Category A.

The Financial Commission (Finacom) is an independent international body that acts as an arbitrator in trading disputes. 30 international brokerage companies are members of Finacom, which means that their priority is building trust-based relationship with clients and transparent partnership.

Grand Capital has been a participant and partner of Finacom since 2016. During these two years, the company has proved itself to be a responsible broker who is actively contributing to the development of technology that improves the transparency of trading on OTC markets and became the first company to launch a blockchain platform Serenity for their clients.

What does Category A mean for traders?

Assigning Category A is indicative of the regulator’s trust towards a brokerage company. Besides, this status means faster reviewing of claims and increases the compensation that traders receive if a dispute is resolved in their favor up to €20,000.

Our guarantees for traders

We are not only actively cooperating with Finacom, but we also test new hi-tech solutions to provide traders with guarantees of transparent trading. In October 2018, we integrated Serenity Escrow, a platform for secure storage of funds. Trading in the escrow is available right now for all clients of Grand Capital.
