We would like to inform you that during 2015-2016 winter holiday period the following changes in deposit and withdrawal processing schedule will take place:
29 of December 2016 - the last day of direct withdrawals to bank cards this year. Such withdrawal requests will start being processed again on the 5th of January 2017. All the requests submitted between the 30th of December 2016 and the 4th of January 2017, will be processed in order starting from the 5th of January 2017.
30th of December 2016, 3:00PM (GMT+3) – the last day of withdrawal transactions processing for the rest of the payment options. The first day the withdrawal request will. All withdrawals will start being processed again on the 5th of January 2017. All the requests submitted between the 2nd of January 2017 and the 5th of January 2017, will be processed in order starting from the 5th of January 2017.
To deposit your account during winter holidays, you can use payment systems, except Western Union. To make a deposit through a bank wire, please contact your bank for the holiday schedule.
