Changes to The regulation of procession and effectuation of trading transactions for CFD contracts

Due to the changes of trading conditions in 10-day term prior to the closure of the registry, starting from the 1st of November 2016 the terms of the procession of trading transactions for CFD in Grand Capital are changed as follows:

According to the pp. 3.6, the Company has right to cancel or adjust the financial result of trades selling Stocks CFDs, which were opened during ten days preceding the record date. The Company adjusts the Account by paying out the dividends to the benefit of the Company either per share or proportionally by multiplying by contract’s amount.
